    i too have held hands with the teacher when the hall monitor wasnt 	
    looking

    instead of running away with that gym teacher
    (because i dont think he really loves you as a person)
    you should have come to ukiah
    we could be best friends
    wear each others clothes
    write poetry read mademoiselle and vogue together
    christina i am sending you fifty dollars
    for a greyhound ticket
    so you can come to ukiah

    christina instead of running away with that gym teacher
    you could have crashed a small plane into the lawn of 
    1600 pennsylvania ave
    you could have shot at the president
    become the charismatic leader of a texas cult
    rented a ryder truck and filled it with homemade explosives
    or just called up a late night talk show host
    but no ‹
    you are a girl
    and you are
    fifteen
